FlexPloy is a secondment company based in the EU (Estonia). We outsource remote highly-experienced Eastern European and CIS IT talents who speak fluent English/German for top European and global companies.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO START WORKING WITH US AND WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE?
We make things as simple as possible for you, but at the same time we need to ensure that the right person is chosen for our clients. We first do a thorough background check and pre-employment screening of each expert, to ensure the safety of our clients. We then proceed with the onboarding process which is done remotely and by using an electronic workflow/electronic signature. IT experts we choose will be employed by an EU company directly.
How do I start
the outsourcing process

If you fit the position, we will contact you via e-mail or arrange a call to get acquainted and discuss any additional questions. We do our best to minimize the quantity of interviews, so usually this step also includes a technical interview with the team lead.
